  • Jewelry is accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 15 days, accompanied by a receipt.*

  • Refunds may only be processed in the event of faulty products or quality issues. Please return within 15 days accompanied by a receipt.*

Our Services

  • Gem or Pearl Replacement: We can repair fallen gems, stones and pearls within 6 months of purchase. You would cover the cost of shipping and the replacement gem/pearl. Please reach out with the details of the piece and the receipt. *

  • Handmade Guarantee: Our handmade items are rigorously tested for quality and durability, but damages caused by you will be honored for exchange one time within 1 year of purchase.* ~ excluding damages on gold vermeil.

  • Re - Vermeil Program: We believe gold vermeil is the next best thing to solid gold, but after years of use the silver base will start to show. We offer a re-plating service for our products to restore them to gold, and can extend this offer to some sterling silver jewelry not bought from us. This service will cost an average of $10 per gram of the item, with a detailed quote provided after inspection of the piece.

  • Professional Polishing: We offer complimentary, professional polishing for all of our sterling silver and solid gold handmade products you purchase. This is offered at our flagship store in NYC. Please reach out to us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival so we can prepare our polishing station. You can email us at help@themilkandrose.com with the subject “Professional Polishing Request for [enter date & approximate time]”
