Jewelry purchased at regular price is eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase, provided it is returned in its original, unworn condition with the sales receipt.

Please note:

• Items purchased at promotional pricing or on sale are considered final sale.

• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our Services

Gem and Pearl Replacement
We offer complimentary repair for fallen gems, stones, and pearls within six months of purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and the price of the replacement gem or pearl if missing. To initiate the process, please contact us with the details of the item and a copy of your purchase receipt. *

Handmade Guarantee
All of our handmade jewelry is meticulously tested for quality and durability. In the event of damage, we offer a one-time exchange within one year of purchase, excluding damages to gold vermeil pieces caused by wear and tear. *

Re-Vermeil Program
Gold vermeil is a luxurious and durable alternative to solid gold. Over time, however, the underlying sterling silver may become visible. To restore your piece, we offer a re-plating service, including for select sterling silver jewelry not purchased directly from us. Re-plating is priced at approximately $10 per gram, with a detailed quote provided following a thorough inspection of the item.

Professional Polishing
We offer complimentary professional polishing for all sterling silver and solid gold handmade pieces purchased from us. This service is currently available in NYC, and may be done via drop-off or mail-in. To ensure we can accommodate your request, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Simply email us at help@themilkandrose.com with the subject line: “Professional Polishing Request for [Date & Approximate Time]”.
