Shipping policy
Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• During launches or sale events, please allow an extra 1–2 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
• Real-time, carrier-calculated rates are shown at checkout (USPS/UPS/DHL based on destination and weight).
• Expedited options appear at checkout when available.
Delivery Timeframes
• USA Standard: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• International: usually 6–14 business days, varying by destination and customs.
Order Tracking
• You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear.
Address Changes
• If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately at help@themilkandrose.com with your order number and the correct address. Once a label is created, changes may not be possible.
Preorders & Handmade Items
• Items marked preorder or handmade may have additional lead times noted on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together once all items are ready (or separately at our discretion).
International Duties & Taxes
• International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
• Once an order is scanned by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. If a package appears stalled or marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier with your tracking number and email us at help@themilkandrose.com ~ we’ll help where we can. Claims must be initiated within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Returned-to-Sender / Refused Deliveries
• Packages returned due to an incorrect address or refusal can be reshipped (additional postage may apply).
Split Shipments
• To get your pieces to you faster, we may ship items separately at no extra cost.
PO Boxes & Signatures
• We ship to PO Boxes when supported by the selected carrier. Orders over $300 may require a signature upon delivery.
Sustainability & Packaging
• Our packaging is designed to be as kind to the planet as it is to your jewelry.
• Boxes are made from 100% paper, printed with non-toxic, chemical-free dyes, and are FSC-certified for responsible sourcing.
• Pouches are crafted from organic cotton, providing a reusable and biodegradable way to store your pieces.
• Every element of our packaging is 100% biodegradable, so you can feel good about both the jewelry you wear and the way it arrives.
