Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Jewelry purchased at regular price can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with the sales receipt.

What we offer: We offer exchanges or store credit; we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Return shipping: Milk & Rose covers return shipping.

Final sale: Items purchased at promotional pricing or on sale, and custom orders, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return: Returns and exchanges are processed online only. Email help@themilkandrose.com with your name on the order, date of purchase, order or receipt number, and a note on the issue.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
